The DMS Invest Build Insurance Policy enables individuals looking to complete a one off investment project to create a package of insurance to suit their needs. This cover can be extended to include any existing structures on site. 

The different types of projects we can accommodate are:

• Build/ renovate to let
• Build/ renovate to sell
• Build/ renovate as holiday let

Please note that the projects need to be in the name of an individual and not a limited company. 

• Employers Liability Insurance at £10,000,000
• Public Liability Insurance at £5,000,000
• Cover for your existing structure, tailored to your requirements
• Contract Works Insurance, tailored to meet your individual needs.
• Plant and Tools owned by the Proposer at £30,000
• Tools and Personal effects owned by Employees £2,000
• Site Huts and caravans (£5,000 contents) £35,000
